Appliances
- Cost of appliances at time of replacement less depreciation
- Average life of stove= 12 years
- Average life of refrigerator= 12 years
- All damaged parts that have been broken or are missing (ice trays, butter dishes, molding, etc.) will be charged at MATERIAL COST PLUS LABOR.
